About us

The ttUnited GmbH with its registered seat (based) in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, was established as a 100% subsidiary of tribe technologies GmbH in January 2010. It is the latest member within a steadily growing company group existing for years already. Apart from the parent company tribe technologies GmbH (since 1999) the well established companies AdCoTel GmbH (since 2004) and next level speech GmbH (since 2007) belong to the company group. In 2009 the consolidated turnover summed up to six Mio. €. The ttUnited business activities to optimize customers dialogue processes address Call Center provider (Outsourcing partner) as well as Inhouse Call Center (Profit Center) within various industries. With our solutions we address all decision makers and Contact Center Managers dealing with call allowance, data security, increasing customer satisfaction, and customer dialogue process optimization.
